Understanding Your Booking
Important: Please read every detail carefully and understand the contents and prices.
All email/WhatsApp chat conversations will also be part of your contract with us once you make the booking.
Identification & Check-in Requirements
As per directives given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in.
Valid Identification Documents:
- Passport & Visa together (for foreign nationals)
- Voter ID card
- Current Driver's License
Note: All documents must include a photograph. Hotels/camps or any accommodation can deny stay if valid ID proof is not provided. The company is not responsible for any ID-proof-related issues.
Hotel & Accommodation Policies
Check-in & Check-out Timings:
Generally, hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs across India. Early check-in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in the cost.
Room Allocation:
- Rooms are subject to availability at the time of check-in
- For extra adults, many hotels provide extra mattresses instead of extra beds
- Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only extra bed instead of extra mattress
Additional Charges:
- Many hotels charge extra for room heaters or WiFi
- These charges should be paid directly at hotels if not included in the package
Meals & Dining Policy
If meals are included in the package, they will be served on a set menu basis in buffet menu/fixed/meal credit format.
- Any items not included in the ideal buffet/fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption
- Hotels decide the menu and options for menu items
- Some hotels have a meal credit policy instead of buffet or fixed menu during low occupancy
- If bills exceed the given meal credit amount, the extra amount should be paid directly at the respective hotel
- Room service for food or packing is charged extra at many hotels
Food Allergies: If you have certain kinds of allergies (especially for food) or any serious health issues, kindly inform us in advance.
Transportation & Vehicle Policy
Vehicle Operations:
- AC will not work in all hill areas or in stopped/parked vehicles
- Drivers will not drive on no-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jams
- In some hill areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to risk of life
- Parking areas may be far from sightseeing spots - guests need to reach parking at their own cost
Vehicle Breakdown:
In case of vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for major problems. For minor issues that won't take much time, the vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
No-Entry Zones:
Important: At many tourist destinations/hill stations, some roads/shopping markets/mall roads have "NO ENTRY" for all/some bigger tourist vehicles. In such situations, guests have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost on a direct payment basis. This cost is not included in the ideal package inclusion.
Personal Belongings & Safety
Liability Disclaimer: Please take care of your belongings before leaving the car or hotels. The company is not responsible for any loss, accident, injury, death, or theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. Ensure you carry all necessary medications and inform us of any health conditions in advance.
Tour Modifications & Limitations
- Tour destination/route cannot be changed without prior notice (amended route and tour destination rates may change)
- If you want multiple visits to the same particular place, kindly mention in advance as some places have very high parking charges
- This is just a quotation - the above rate is valid only for mentioned dates/month
- The above quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings
- Rooms are subject to availability - no reservation has been made until confirmed
- If we are not able to get the original hotels, we shall provide equivalent/alternative hotels
Force Majeure & Limitations
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to:
- Natural hazards
- Flight cancellations
- Accidents or breakdown of transport
- Weather conditions
- Sickness or landslides
- Closures/blockades due to political unrest
- Any similar incidents beyond our control
No Refund Policy: No cancellation or any refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions, natural disasters, fire, acts of government, political crisis, road blocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism, strikes, labor unrest, insolvency, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations, or any circumstance beyond our control.
No refund for short stay or未veiled facilities.
