Terms and Conditions

General Terms

The company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and the company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.

Unavoidable Circumstances

If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, floods, accidents, or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers.

                Important: If any passenger has to leave the tour mid-way due to any reasons like death 
                of a relative, illness, or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining 
                portion of the tour.
            

Reservation Policy

Confirmation of packages is subject to receipt of 100% payment:

25% of the payment as advance
Rest of the amount on or before 48 hours of the tour date
Booking will be released automatically without any further intimation if payment is not received
When trip is booked within 48 hours: 100% payment required at booking

                Note: Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of 
                check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
            

No refund shall be claimed if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations. This will be considered on a case-to-case basis.

Child Policy

0 to 5 Years without bed: Complimentary
Child above 5 to 12 years: Chargeable as per Extra Bed

Payment Policy

You are requested to pay 25% advance payment to enable us to confirm your FIT or GIT bookings within 48 hours and 75% payment before the date of arrival, otherwise booking will be released without any further information from our end.

Cancellation Policy

In all other cases, cancellation charges will be as per the booking conditions of the tour. We shall be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person:

Before 30 days of tour	75% Refund	25% cancellation charges
Before 15 days of tour	50% Refund	50% cancellation charges
Before 7 days of tour	25% Refund	75% cancellation charges
Last 7 days of tour	No Refund	100% cancellation charges
