π General Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via:
- Email
- WhatsApp
- Official contact number of Ram Holidays
The date of cancellation request will be considered the date on which we receive the written request.
β Cancellation Charges (Tour Packages)
Cancellation charges depend on the number of days prior to the departure date:
πΉ More than 30 days before departure
10% of total tour cost will be deducted. Balance amount will be refunded.
πΉ 15 to 30 days before departure
25% of total tour cost will be deducted.
πΉ 7 to 14 days before departure
50% of total tour cost will be deducted.
πΉ Less than 7 days before departure
100% cancellation charges (No refund).
β Cancellation for Special Tours & Peak Season
For Char Dham Yatra, Do Dham Yatra, Kedarnath, Badrinath, helicopter services, or peak-season bookings:
- Cancellation charges may be higher due to advance hotel, transport, and permit bookings.
- Some services may be non-refundable.
- Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
βοΈ Flight, Train & Transport Cancellation
- Air tickets, train tickets, helicopter tickets, and third-party transport services are governed by the respective service providerβs cancellation policies.
- Ram Holidays will not be responsible for airline or railway cancellation penalties.
- Any refund received from the service provider will be passed on after deducting applicable service charges.
π¨ Hotel & Camp Cancellation
- Hotel, camp, and guesthouse cancellations depend on individual property policies.
- Some hotels/camps may have non-refundable or partial-refund policies.
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed after confirmation from the hotel.
π« No-Show Policy
- No refunds will be provided in case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure.
- Unused services (meals, sightseeing, transport) are non-refundable.
π³ Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7β14 working days.
- Refund will be made via: Original mode of payment (bank transfer / UPI / card).
- Any bank or payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
β οΈ Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events
No refunds will be provided for cancellations or delays due to natural disasters (landslides, floods, earthquakes), weather conditions, government restrictions, road blockages, political disturbances, or pandemic-related restrictions.
In such cases, Ram Holidays will assist in:
- Rescheduling (subject to availability)
- Adjusting services where possible
π Modification Policy
- Date or service changes are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Modification requests must be made in advance.
- Any fare difference or service cost must be paid by the customer.
