All cancellations must be communicated in writing via:

  • Official contact number of Ram Holidays

The date of cancellation request will be considered the date on which we receive the written request.

❌ Cancellation Charges (Tour Packages)

Cancellation charges depend on the number of days prior to the departure date:

10% of total tour cost will be deducted. Balance amount will be refunded.

25% of total tour cost will be deducted.

50% of total tour cost will be deducted.

100% cancellation charges (No refund).

❌ Cancellation for Special Tours & Peak Season

For Char Dham Yatra, Do Dham Yatra, Kedarnath, Badrinath, helicopter services, or peak-season bookings:

  • Cancellation charges may be higher due to advance hotel, transport, and permit bookings.
  • Some services may be non-refundable.
  • Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

✈️ Flight, Train & Transport Cancellation

  • Air tickets, train tickets, helicopter tickets, and third-party transport services are governed by the respective service provider’s cancellation policies.
  • Ram Holidays will not be responsible for airline or railway cancellation penalties.
  • Any refund received from the service provider will be passed on after deducting applicable service charges.

🏨 Hotel & Camp Cancellation

  • Hotel, camp, and guesthouse cancellations depend on individual property policies.
  • Some hotels/camps may have non-refundable or partial-refund policies.
  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed after confirmation from the hotel.

🚫 No-Show Policy

  • No refunds will be provided in case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure.
  • Unused services (meals, sightseeing, transport) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refund will be made via: Original mode of payment (bank transfer / UPI / card).
  • Any bank or payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

⚠️ Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events

No refunds will be provided for cancellations or delays due to natural disasters (landslides, floods, earthquakes), weather conditions, government restrictions, road blockages, political disturbances, or pandemic-related restrictions.

In such cases, Ram Holidays will assist in:

  • Rescheduling (subject to availability)
  • Adjusting services where possible
